Role description<\/h3>\n

\u00a0As a back office, headquarters, and reception employee, you will be responsible for various administrative and organizational tasks. These activities include, for example, processing correspondence, supporting the accounting department with various topics (such as recording travel expenses, generating invoices, and so on), managing incoming and outgoing mail, and coordinating our shipping service providers. Primarily, you are the first point of contact for guests and clients at the reception desk and on the phone. You are seated at a central location right in the entrance area of the building. This full-time position is on-site in Kirschweiler. Alternatively, this position can also be offered on a part-time basis (min. 75%).<\/p>\n
