Role description<\/h3>\n

As a Key Account Manager (m\/f\/d), you will manage our predominantly international clients. Your responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and coordinating delivery processes. You will develop and maintain relationships with our key clients and support them in the selection and consulting of our colored gemstones. You will work closely with internal departments to help ensure first-class customer service. This full-time position is based on-site in Kirschweiler. Travel is rather sporadic, mostly for exhibiting our products at international trade fairs.<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/h3>\n

• Customer Support and Account Management<\/strong>Solid experience in key account management and dealing with demanding clients to build and expand sustainable client relationships.<\/li>\n
• Marketing and sales orientation<\/strong>Knowledge in the field of marketing initiatives to always provide our clients with new and attractive concepts active<\/strong> to introduce.<\/li>\n
• Analytical and strategic skills<\/strong>Analytical skills and the ability to understand clients' business models in order to create precisely tailored offerings.<\/li>\n
• Sales skills<\/strong>High empathy, social skills, and a strong customer-centric sales acumen are fundamental prerequisites for meeting the requirements of this position.<\/li>\n
• IT skills<\/strong>Secure use of MS Office (especially Excel) as well as experience with CRM systems desirable<\/li>\n
• Language skills<\/strong>Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written, is required. Additional language skills as well as experience in the jewelry, art, antiques, furniture, high-end automotive industry, etc., or a corresponding Affinity<\/strong>, are an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
